Wow...where do I begin? I was unaware that an "AWESOME" company such as "SERVPRO" even existed until we experienced an unfortunate house fire. SERVPRO was there to assist us in any way that they possibly could!! All of their staff were extremely professional, approachable, courteous, and punctual! Edmond and Nelson were very helpful in fogging out HVAC system, the process only took 15 minutes. Edmond was very knowledgeable about this trade and offered good advice.
Everyone was so helpful! It was very late on a Saturday and they were all happy and not complaining. We are very pleased with the service we were provided. It was fast and really helped us when we had no clue what to do.
Yancey, Edmond and Oger are awesome and need raises! They were awesome at getting the water out of the house! SERVPRO was on top of it as soon a I called them! Very awesome company!!
