WE CALLED THEM AT 7:30 THE MORNING OF MATTHEW WHEN WE FOUND 15 " OF WATER IN THE BASEMENT. THERE WAS ONE PERSON IN FRONT OF US BUT THEY WERE HERE IN AN HOUR. THEY WORKED UNTIL LATE SUNDAY NIGHT AND INTO MONDAY AFTERNOON. THEY LEFT FANS RUNNING AND THE BASEMENT WAS DRIED OUT AND MOPED BY TUES. AFTERNOON. THE GUYS WERE GREAT! THEY WERE PLEASANT, POLITE, AND HARD WORKING. THEY WERE A SUPER CREW!!
I felt all employees were polite and knew what they needed to do to get the job done. I would recommend their services to my family and friends.
