Chris Kelly and Ryan Warnock showed up the next day and by the end of the day my house was so bright I had to put on my sun glasses to look at it. Finally, I just want to let you know that I think your crew has done a wonderful job during a difficult time. Like I told Chance this morning, everyone gets an A. There have been a few hiccups along the way, but they have been addressed promptly. Overall, I have been impressed with your service.

When they brought the equipment they explained what each did and what it would accomplish. They were very professional with the setting up and removal when they were done. You have some good people working for you and I think it would be beneficial to your company to keep them.
