They set up fans,dehumidifier cut out moldy drywall and propped up wet carpet.
Chris showed up every day only to discover the pump, despite being deemed "working well" by the emergency plumber, had stopped working again and reflooded the basement!
Through it all, Chris and his team have been polite, smiling, unfazed, calm and, above all, competent.
