    Greg Young

    Greg Young is one of the co-owners of SERVPRO of Western O'Fallon/Wentzville (his wife Joanne is the other). Greg is certified in Water Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, and Lead Safety. He has a history with SERVPRO, and actually worked for the company in High School and just after before working at MEMC for 21 years. Greg enjoys spending time with his friends and family, listening to music, playing his bass guitar, watching sports (especially the Cards and Blues), and loves sharing/passing all these things down with the people he cares about.

    Joanne Young

    Joanne is one of the co-owners of SERVPRO of Western O'Fallon/Wentzville (Greg, her husband is the other owner) and is certified in Fire and Smoke Restoration. Joanne's main role is running the office (off Hwy A), but as you can see she likes to get in there and help with the dirty work when she can. She has 7 years of management experience from working at MEMC, has her Associates degree in business management, and is a great problem solver. Joanne enjoys anything that involves her family, but loves watching her kids play ball and helping others.

    John is our fire content cleaning expert and also helps with fire structure cleanup. We love having him at the shop as he always brings a positive attitude and some hilarious dad jokes. He is an Army Veteran and we are proud to have him as part of our awesome team.

    Chris is the Project Manager at SERVPRO of Western O'Fallon/Wentzville. He has 6 years of experience with us and is water and fire IICRC certified. Chris is always very reassuring to customers when they need our help. Before coming on board Chris was working in construction and rehabbing of homes. Outside of work Chirs enjoys being outdoors doing this such as camping and traveling with his Nephew Jake. Chris' long-term career goal is to invest in some real estate and enjoy retirement!

    Charlie is one of our production technicians. Before starting at SERVPRO, Charlie was in the Marines for several years. Outside of work, Charlie enjoys watching hockey and being outdoors. His favorite part of the job is helping customers in time of need and interacting with his friendly co-workers. Charlie's long-term career goal is to enjoy retirement some day!

    Meet Tess. Tess is 2 years old and became a Young on March 13th 2021. Due to being family, she was already able to score a job here in the office. Talk about starting them young! Tess is by far our cutest employee (sorry Izzy). Her favorite things are treats, naps, and distracting human employees from getting any work done. Welcome to the team, Tess. We look forward to a long and fruitful partnership.

    Izzy is our Office Cat at SERVPRO of Western O'Fallon/Wentzville. Izzy is certified in catching mice and napping. She needs as much attention as a dog, if not more, and loves to meow loudly and follow you around/jump on you to be pet anytime she is not sleeping. She enjoys being brushed, pet, and loved on in any way!

I called at 9:00 am after our laundry room flooded last night. Greg was here by 9:45am to assess the damage. Jo and Mike were here by 12:30 to start the clean up. Super impressed with the response time, friendliness (even to my dog ..who was annoying them) and how thorough of a job they have done .... and it's only day one. They do it right!!!!
