We would like to thank SERVPRO of Raytown / East Kansas City for the fast service they provided to on us February 16th, 2015! We had bitterly cold weather that caused a sprinkler line to break that flooded the Northern Virginia Urban League's 1st, 2nd and 3rd level. What was overwhelming for us, was relatively minor for the professionally knowledgeable staff that helped us. Thank you to SERVPRO and all of their staff!
As CEO of a large home health company in Kansas City, one of my "other hats" I wear is landlord, as our non-profit corporation own the 60,000 sq. ft office building we are housed in. Running a home care agency is a full-time job, so when something goes wrong in the building, it can distract us from our primary focus. On October 12, 2016 that "something" happened... in a big way! A massive water leak that began on the third floor dumped over 9000 gallons of water throughout the building, causing significant damage on every single floor, including the basement. We were so impressed with their professionalism and thorough reclamation process, we hired them to perform the follow-up renovations as well.
