Director of National Accounts | Brian started with SERVPRO in 2014. He brought an extensive knowledge of marketing, outside sales and is responsible for Business Development within our commercial accounts. Brian enjoys outdoor activities, cooking and spending time with his family and friends.
Joey Wilson
Director of Sales/ Priority Responding/ Construction Operations Manager | Joey joined our company in 2016, bringing 15 years of experience as a Sherwin Williams Store Manager. Joey is certified in his ICC Class A General Building Contractor, WRT, FSRT, OCT, ASD and OSHA 10 certifications. In his spare time he enjoys cooking, golf and spending time with family and friends.
Laci Williams
Director of Administration and Marketing | Laci started with SERVPRO in 2014 as a part-time Administrative Assistant. She worked to learn everything she could about her position, including working in the field. After several years, she moved on to other roles, such as Fire Production Manager, and General Manager. She holds IICRC certifications in WRT, FSRT and OCT.
Brandon Kellar
Director of Large Loss | Brandon joined our team in 2014, bringing many years of restoration experience with him. He is married to Crystal with 2 kiddos! He enjoys listening to audiobooks and cheering on our KC Chiefs. His IICRC certifications include RRT, UFT, AMRT, And, CCT, OCT, FSRT, CDS, WRT, OSHA 30, Master Fire/Smoke Restorer, Master Water Restorer, and Journeyman Textile Cleaner.
Justin Rogers
Director of Operations | Justin started his adventure with us at SERVPRO in 2018. He loves traveling the country to large losses and helping our customers. He also loves to be outdoors and has climbed Mt. Fuji in Japan.
Kami Snyder
Job File Auditor | Kami started Team Kimbley as our Office Manager and JFA in 2012, moving to Job File Auditor in 2019. Kami is widely known inside the SERVPRO community as one of the best and most detailed Job File Auditors in the corporation. Kami's expertise in our processes and excellent organization result in extremely fast claims settlement and customer satisfaction.
Troy Melching
Priority Responder | Troy joined our team in 2019 as a Production Manager, moving his way to a Estimator/ Priority Responder. He has WRT, FRST, OCT, and OSHA 10 certifications. He enjoys golfing, going to Mavericks games and spending time with his family.
Chris Wright
Construction Project Manager | He began his journey with us in 2021. Chris has a degree in Business/ Human Resources and has his WRT, FSRT and OCT certifications. He enjoys riding his Harley, playing guitar and singing in his spare time.
John Rayle
Construction Project Manager | John joined our team in 2022, bringing previous SERVPRO experience to our construction team. His attention to detail is here to help our customers rebuild their homes. He is a Chiefs fan and enjoys outdoor activities.
Corey Garman
Production Manager | Corey joined Team Kimbley in 2022 bringing 6 years of experience with him to our team. He has his WRT IICRC certification. He enjoys mountain biking and spending time with his dog.
Candi Wagler
Training Coordinator | Candi joined the team in 2021. She keeps all our team up to date on their training, trains new employees and provides group trainings for other SERVPRO's, vendors and other restoration companies. She is certified in FSRT and OCT. Candi loves to spend time with her family, friends and her pup.
Nate Halastik
Crew Chief | Nate joined our team in 2023, he has 14 years of restoration experience with 7 of those at various SERVPRO's. His favorite part of the job is helping people and meeting all their pets. Nate has his WRT, ASD, AMRT, and CCT/UCT certifications. He enjoys reading, drawing and playing chess.
Zane Silica
Production Technician | Zane started with us in 2022, working in our warehouse, processing customers textiles, cleaning content and warehouse duties. He likes to read and hang out with friends when he isn't at work.
Robin Atkins
Commercial Business Development Representative | Robin joined our Commercial Account division in 2022. She brings an extensive background in business to the team. Robin has a lot of extended family and loves to walk, hike, attend live music events and boat.
