Hallsville is a city with a great deal of history surrounding it. The name comes from the towns first postmaster, Judge John W. Hall. It was a site for stores and merchants when laid out in 1866. It was reported in 1882 that Hallsville did not contain schools or churches yet, only five shops.
Hallsville even holds history surrounding the Civil War. In 1863, the Battle of Mount Zion Church took place, and the church was burned down. It was rebuilt twice after that, and the church still functions today and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It also serves as a cemetery for American Civil War soldiers.
Today, Hallsville still holds the original charm of small and local businesses. The city puts a strong emphasis on shopping sustainably and locally, which strengthens community ties. Hallsville has various street shops, merchants and farmers markets to support this.
Tribble Park, founded in 1974, is a community park where residents can relax and participate in recreational activities.

Lana, Chris and Tyler were all very helpful in getting us lined out after hours on July 5. Chris and Tyler helped us that first night after we returned home from a vacation and got to experience a waterfall from the basement ceiling. Not really the welcome home one looks for! Anyway, mighty fine folks. I learned a lot from Chris from my never ending stream of questions! He is a very patient man, and thorough in explaining the process and how the damages were assessed.
Brian, Phillip and Josh of the Columbia team took over the cleanup and continued the very professional/excellent job. Brian's knowledge was appreciated as the damage assessment continued. A very personable guy. Anyway, I only have positives to share about your employees and would not hesitate to recommend your services. I can truthfully say that I hope I never have to use them again (ha!)...but, if "stuff" happens you are gonna be my first call!
