Meet our owner, Shaun Hickman. Shaun has a solid 20+ years in the restoration field. He has obrtained certifications in Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT), Applied Structure Drying (ASD), Lead Renovator and Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT.) When our owner is not in the field you can find him hunting and hanging out with family and friends. Like most Minnesotans in the winter, you would find him rippin’ around on snowmobiles.

A toilet water line busted on the 3rd floor of our Big Lake home. The water ran for several days unnoticed. Over half of the house had major damage. State Farm recommended Shaun from SERVPRO. Shaun and his team dried out the house, removed flooring, drywall, and insulation. My husband John, a general contractor, was extremely impressed with how we found his house a week later. Thank you so much. Everything is great!! I can’t tell you how much I appreciate everything. Everyone did a awesome job!!! I have to say though Jessica was AMAZING!!!! Seriously!!! An example the ledge upstairs I guess when she got up there was pretty bad and she was having a hard time reaching all the way back so I said she didn’t have to do the whole thing or do it at all. So was like oh no way I got this… She did the whole thing without complaining once! She was awesome! She put the fire alarm back in place and it was really hard to get back it took her like ten tries (because it was in an awkward bad position) to get it but she didn’t give up!!! I mean it, she was just awesome!!! Teresa was fantastic too that woman is a HARD worker man… she really gets the job done. The carpet guys were great! They did a wonderful job and boy they are fast.

When not working, Shaun enjoys hunting and spending time with his family and friends, often partaking in winter activities like snowmobiling.
