SERVPRO of Wright County

A toilet water line busted on the 3rd floor of our Big Lake home. The water ran for several days unnoticed. Over half of the house had major damage. State Farm recommended Shaun from SERVPRO. Shaun and his team dried out the house, removed flooring, drywall, and insulation. My husband John, a general contractor, was extremely impressed with how we found his house a week later. SERVPRO did an excellent job on our 4,000+ sq ft home. 5 Stars to Shaun at SERVPRO Monticello!

I was extremely pleased with of SERVPRO of Wright County. We had a frozen pipe break that affected half of our basement. SERVPRO came in and took care of everything. They were professional, on-time, very informative, and above all, knew what they were doing. I highly recommend using them if you are in need.

Thank you so much. Everything is great!! I can’t tell you how much I appreciate everything. Everyone did a awesome job!!! I have to say though Jessica was AMAZING!!!! Seriously!!! An example the ledge upstairs I guess when she got up there was pretty bad and she was having a hard time reaching all the way back so I said she didn’t have to do the whole thing or do it at all. So was like oh no way I got this… She did the whole thing without complaining once! She was awesome! She put the fire alarm back in place and it was really hard to get back it took her like ten tries (because it was in an awkward bad position) to get it but she didn’t give up!!! I mean it, she was just awesome!!! Teresa was fantastic too that woman is a HARD worker man… she really gets the job done. The carpet guys were great! They did a wonderful job and boy they are fast.

We couldn't be happier with the work from SERVPRO and their team.  They went above and beyond to ensure our home was restored back to normal conditions after the storm.  I would recommend them to anyone in the future.

Please thank your crew for all their hard work.  It was SO hot out immediately after the fire – almost intolerable.  I am not sure how they did or do it, but from my point of view, I would classify it as fairly miraculous.  Your crew’s work made the simply impossible to cope with possible.  Thank you very much.
