When we had a washing machine supply line hose break, I called SERVPRO for assistance.
We ended up with about 2 inches of water in our basement due to the break in the supply line to our washing machine on a Sunday night. Once the SERVPRO team arrived, they stayed until 1:30 in the morning helping us clean up.
Because we live in a townhouse complex we have a shared basement area and due to the work of the SERVPRO people we contained the water in our unit and saved the rest of the Townhouse Association major damage.
Tucker and his crew were very professional and were very reassuring to us which kept the stress level down and we appreciate that very much.
Over the next several days Tucker and his crew returned to assess any further damage and remove any damaged sheet rock and carpeting that needed to be replaced.

We had a pipe burst in the middle of the night and a substantial amount of water leaked through our home. Kyler and Kyle showed up within two hours and got to work right away. I was pretty rattled by the whole event but the SERVPRO technicians and their customer service was calm, informative and they didn't try to talk me into or out of anything. They only wanted to help me make an informed decision and get our house dry as quickly as possible. Kyler was particularly good with communication and even responded within minutes when I had questions and he was not even on site. Our Story
SERVPRO of Minnetonka has been serving the Twin Cities area since 1987 when Dave and Sheri Honn opened what was then the first SERVPRO in the state of Minnesota. In 2014 Sheri Honn sold the business to its current owner, Scott Clemente who has been running the business since then. Our values state that above all else, we help our customers. We currently have a trained and certified staff of over 30 people whose main focus is helping our customers in their time of need when their home or business has suffered water, fire, smoke or mold damage.

The owner of SERVPRO of Minnetonka, Scott Clemente, has been living in the Minneapolis area for the past 10 years with his wife Liz who was born and raised in Eden Prairie, MN. Our goal is to make the communities in which we live better places. We do this through our business as a disaster restoration and repair company, but more importantly by supporting our local communities. In the past we have partnered with local fire departments to educate the public on fire safety, we have conducted blood drives in partnership with the Red Cross, and we are active members of several Chambers of Commerce. In addition, our employees regularly volunteer their time for organizations such as Feed My Staving Children and local food pantries.
