I couldn’t be more impressed by the quality of workmanship by SERVPRO! Our crew was lead by Trevor and Justin, who I couldn’t speak more highly of. They were so knowledgeable, organized and had a customer first mentality. Also at our house was James, Bryan and Brandon. They were such hard workers. The work they were doing was hard, heavy lifting and strenuous work. They did such a good job. The entire crew met and far exceeded my expectations. They do things the right way, don’t cut corners and were professional. After experiencing extensive water damage in my home, SERVPRO made the days that followed so much easier on us. They took care of everything and were so good at what they did with removing floors, walls, ceilings etc to dry out the house. Thank you SERVPRO!

We had a pipe burst overnight in our upstairs bathroom. The water damage was extensive. Called SERVPRO in the morning and they were onsite within the hour. They were so quick to help with the water cleanup, setting up drying equipment, demolition of flooring, walls and ceiling of our home. The guys helped pack up our personal items and furniture. I was so grateful. The entire team was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help out in every way. The entire team is a class act! Easy to work with and dependable!

The crew was on time, courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. I had a fish tank leak about 25 gallons of water into my basement ceiling and walls. They arrived within hour and began the mitigation process immediately.  Within a few days the process was complete. Their focus was on doing the job correctly while making sure the work would be within scope with respect to my home owner's policy.

I definitely recommend them and would use them again, but hopefully I won't have to!

They were extremely professional and very friendly. We knew our house was in good hands with them. They even gave us advice on how to proceed with insurance and contractors. We weren't happy that we had water damage but SERVPRO made the process as easy as possible. Very accommodating!

Trevor and James helped us out with a recent water incident. They arrived on site promptly, assessed the situation, and had the drying equipment up and running in no time. After a couple days, all the water was gone and we were able to avoid much more costly repairs! Highly recommend SERVPRO of Elk River, Becker and Big Lake... they were very communicative and personable.

I was extremely impressed with SERVPRO and every member of their staff. From the guys who came into my home to the office end, everyone went above and beyond to be courteous and to be sure I understood the process. I also run a daycare from my home and the guys were always extremely conscientious and considerate about the welfare of the kids and their noise level etc. I was very impressed. I was so happy that I called SERVPRO when I found water leaking into my basement, causing a little bit of mold to form under some moving boxes. They got it all dry and killed all the mold so I didn't have to worry anymore, and they didn't overcharge me while doing it. Awesome. I will definitely be calling them again for any other water damage issues!
