We had a storm that affected our neighborhood. We contacted SERVPRO of Elk River, Becker, and Big Lake to help with the cleanup. The employees were conscientious to our home. They were friendly and hard working. I would definitely recommend SERVPRO to our friends.

Our area got hit with several big storms over a short period of time. We had water come into our stairwell leading from the garage to the basement. The sheetrock got wet and started to mold. After I called, there was no waiting. John and his crew were at the house immediately and removed all the sheetrock in that area. After that, they set up their equipment to dry out the area and insured that the interior of the walls did not contain any mold, especially the walls leading into the house. After getting the area dried out, they put on the new sheetrock and prepped the area for paint. After everything was painted, they reinstalled the stairwell railing and new trim. John made sure to provide us with daily updates as to their progress. Each day they made sure to clean up after themselves and did an awesome job from start to finish with great communication. We highly recommend John and Kris with SERVPRO if you find yourselves in need of their services.
We weren't happy that we had water damage but SERVPRO made the process as easy as possible. Very accommodating!
Trevor and James helped us out with a recent water incident. They arrived on site promptly, assessed the situation, and had the drying equipment up and running in no time. After a couple days, all the water was gone and we were able to avoid much more costly repairs!
