We had a plumbing fixture split and gallons and gallons of water were spilling out into our basement. They had a team to my home within 30 minutes of my call and they were moving furniture out of the way to get the water contained and start pulling out the problem areas where the water seeped through. We left the ‘mess’ for the weekend and knew it was in good hands with the crew from SERVPRO; the disaster didn’t seem so imminent once they showed up.
