I was lucky... my landlord has a key to my office and called me to let me know there was a water line that had broke and that SERVPRO was there cleaning it up. SERVPRO of North Calhoun County was checking in every day on how it was drying up. I highly recommend SERVPRO.
"I couldn't have been more pleased with the time and attention taken with our pipe break in our basement. Called and within an hour SERVPRO was out and pumped out the water, set up numerous fans and dehumidifiers. That started at 10 pm on a Saturday night and they stayed until 3 am Sunday morning to make sure everything was set up and running and that I was alright. Their calculations for the number of fans, astounded me, however after 6 days, my wooden knotty pine paneling was completely dry and we did not have to tear out any walls. There is no smell either. Disinfectant was sprayed on walls and tile flooring. The attention paid to the length of time needed and the daily checking of my walls, and the fans and dehumidifiers, was excellent. Very professional and all of the people who came were so personable. To my surprise they had put all wet things together, and things they thought were dry, in another couple of locations - making it easier to go through. They spent hours with me, going through every single box and plastic tote with me, to make sure everything I had stored was alright. There was daily communication. They just really paid attention to every detail and I would most certainly highly recommend them."

About Us
Our History...
SERVPRO Industries was started in 1967 by Ted and Doris Isaacson as a painting business out of Sacramento, California. Having a background in cleaning and restoration, they decided to restructure the business into a franchiser of cleaning and restoration specialists. The first franchise was sold in 1969 and the company continued to grow, acquiring the Bristol-Meyers Domesticare Division in 1979. In 1988, the company relocated its' headquarters to Gallatin, TN and consisted of 647 franchises at the time. SERVPRO Industries now consists of over 1,700 franchises throughout the United States and Canada.
In 2005, SERVPRO of North Calhoun County was opened by Lance Sommerfeld, Aaron Popp and Fred Tremblay with a staff of about 6 employees. Since joining the communities of North Calhoun County, SERVPRO has provided restoration and mitigation services to business and home owners in Battle Creek and surrounding areas, helping the members of our community at their most desperate time of need. SERVPRO of North Calhoun County specializes in the cleanup and restoration of residential and commercial properties after suffering a loss from a fire, smoke or water damage, as well as many other services such as biohazard, crime scene, and vandalism cleaning, odor neutralization and document drying.
