Lance is Owner of SERVPRO of North Calhoun, has been for 16+ years. He is IICRC Water Certified, Lead Renovator Certified, Subrogation 1 & 2 certified and ASD Certified. Lance originally started out in the food industry, eventually owning a restaurant/bar for 12 years, prior to owning SERVPRO.

When Lance isn’t busy running his business he takes part in many hobbies, especially playing golf, doing yard work and spending time with his family. Lance has recently taken up running.

Lance has been married to his high school sweetheart, Kathy, for 29 years. Their 3 children keep them busy, 2 daughters, one who is working to become a CPA, who lives in North Carolina, and the other a graduate of Kent State and landed a fashion marketing position with a renowned company in New York, and one son, who is in middle school and an avid golfer and tennis player.

Kathy is the Accounting Manager at SERVPRO of North Calhoun County. She has been with SERVPRO of North Calhoun County for 16+ years. She has a Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing. Kathy has several years of experience in accounting and analytical skills.

Kathy is married, her husband is Lance, has three children. Two daughters, Alexis and Logan and one son Chase. She also has a family pet, a dog named Booboo. In her spare time she stays busy with her family, as well as golfing, biking and reading. Her well known mantra in the office "take a breath."

Ashton has been with SERVPRO of North Calhoun County approximately 1 year now. Ashton is a Crew Chief with us and has completed SERVPRO LMS certifications in PRODUCTION Technician and Crew Chief 101 and 201. Ashton has also obtained his IICRC Certification in WRT and ASD. As well is forklift certified.

Ashton is a graduate of Harper Creek High School, here locally in Battle Creek, Michigan.

Ashton is married, his wife is Brenna, they recently purchased their first home.

Ashton's hobbies include camping, road trips, off-roading in his jeep and always has upbeat energy.

A couple fun facts about Ashton is he goes by Reece, he is on the path to financial freedom and loves knowledge. He is a sponge.

Archie has been with SERVPRO of North Calhoun for 2 years, he has recently been promoted to our Business Office Manager. He has completed SERVPRO LMS Production Technician and Crew Chief 101 and 201 certification, Subrogation 1 certification and is IICRC Certified in WRT, AMRT, ASD and OSHA 10 certified. Archie is also EPA RRP Lead Renovator Certified.

Archie graduated from Harper Creek High School. After graduation Archie enlisted in the Army National Guard, served his time and then entered the work force.

Archie's hobbies include, playing with Paisleigh, riding his motorcycle, nice-fast cars, and working on his home.

Fun facts about Archie, he is a You Tube star and he is always eating. Literally a bottomless pit.

Tim has been with us for approximately year and a half. Tim he holds a Production Manager position with us. He has completed SERVPRO LMS Production Technician and Crew Chief 101 and 201 certifications, as well has obtained his IICRC certifications in WRT, FSRT and OCT and OSHA 10 certification. Tim has also certified in Subrogation I.

Tim comes to us from the manufacturing industry. He grew up in the Climax, MI area and is a graduate of the Climax-Scotts School system.

Tim is married to his wife Alysha, they has two sons named Levi and Logan.

Tim is a huge football fan, specifically Detroit Lions. Some of his other hobbies include camping, fishing and pretty much anything outdoors.

Fun fact about Tim, one of a kind sense of humor.

Tena has been with SERVPRO of North Calhoun County for just a short time. We brought her on as a receptionist/administrative support person in the office. With her voice and personality, she is perfect for the position. Tena came to us from the equestrian industry. Tena has obtained her IICRC WRT certification.

Tena is originally from Rochester Hills, MI. Moving on to attend Meredith Manor Equestrian Studies. Moving out into the work world following graduation.

Tena is married to her husband Jared. Between them they share several pets, including cats, dog, fish and horses.

Tena's hobbies include, Cosplay, RPG Video Gaming, Horses, and Digital Artistry and traveling.

Two fun fact's about Tena is her extravagant, flamboyant but easy going personality and she has worked on 5 professional horse ranches.

Greg has been with SERVPRO of North Calhoun County for approximately 6 months, he is a Production Crew Chief in training. Greg came to us from the moving industry.

Greg has his OSHA 10 certification.

Greg is from Climax, MI. He was raised and worked on a farm his whole life. After graduation he attended Michigan Career and Tech Institute for welding.

Greg's hobbies include fishing, hunting, gaming, and challenging his dad in hunting and golfing.

Two fun facts about Greg, he is a better golfer than his father and he is an avid gamer.

Lacey has been with SERVPRO of North Calhoun County for approximately 2 months, she is a Production technician. Lacey came to us from the food industry, with 10+ years of management experience.

Lacey is ServSafe certified from the her previous employment.

Lacey is from Battle Creek, MI. She has several siblings, 3 sisters and 2 brothers, which have provided her plenty of nieces and nephews. She is a graduate of Battle Creek Central. Lacey has an amazing wife, Candice of 8 years and 2 beautiful daughters. Lacey loves family time.

Lacey's hobbies include anything to do with water and outdoors, fishing, swimming, walking, hiking etc. She enjoys taking her two dogs, RubyLee and Nala on walks.

Two fun facts about Lacey, she is an amazing cook. Her favorite dish to prepare will include pasta. She is all about her faith.

Sydney is an Office Manager at SERVPRO of North Calhoun. Sydney’s strong drive and attention to detail makes her a valued team member. Sydney has been certified by the IICRC for water damage restoration. Sydney is originally from North West Ohio, and moved here this past summer after her transition from active-duty Marine Corps. Sydney spends her free time studying for her degree in Logistics, or catching up on National Geographic and Discovery channel documentaries.

Michael is a production technician at SERVPRO of North Calhoun. Michael is a new member of our team and has started his path to growth as a Production Technician. Michael strives for perfection in his cleaning/restoration services and is a very dedicated and hard-working part of our team. Michael enjoys spending his time relaxing and playing video games when he’s done saving customers’ homes.

Cayden is a Crew Chief at SERVPRO of North Calhoun. He has completed our rigorous SERVPRO employee certification training program. This program teaches advanced cleaning and restoration techniques and how to properly use our state-of-the-art equipment. This training also emphasizes listening skills, customer service, and exceeding our customers expectations. Cayden is also certified with the IICRC in water damage restoration. Cayden’s hobbies include working on classic cars and outdoor activities.

David is a valued team member here at SERVPRO of North Calhoun County. His can do attitude and dedicated work ethic is a great example to all that work with him.
