Stephanie Callahan
Stephanie Callahan is the Sales Marketing Manager at SERVPRO of Carleton/Maybee. Stephanie has been with us since January 2019. She has 15+ years experience in the insurance industry in sales and marketing. Stephanie is also certified from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification as a Water Removal Technician.
Kevin Kanyo
Kevin Kanyo is the Lead Estimator here at SERVPRO of Carleton/Maybee. Kevin has been with SERVPRO for 5 years starting as a Water Technician. Kevin is certified from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification as a Water Removal Technician, Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning Technician, and also has his lead paint certification.
Renay Fandrich
Renay Fandrich is our Office Administrator here at SERVPRO of Carleton/Maybee. Renay has been with SERVPRO for 9 years starting as our Marketing Manager and moving her way up to her Office Administration position. Renay is also certified from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification as a Water Technician and Contents Processing & Handling Technician.
Miguel Hernandez
Miguel Hernandez is the Production Crew Chief here at SERVPRO of Carleton/Maybee. Miguel has been with SERVPRO for 5 years starting as a Water Technician and later being bumped up to Production Crew Chief. Miguel is certified from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification as a Water Removal Technician and Carpet Cleaning Technician.
April Apperson
April Apperson is the Administrative Assistant / Job File Coordinator at SERVPRO Of Carleton/Maybee and has been with us since March 2020. She has over 10 years experience in office clerical work, including 5 years in payroll processing. She is the one who answers the phone during regular business hours, schedules appointments, and assists with job file uploads. She is currently learning about Xactimate and the process of building estimates.

Even on days when she couldn't physically be there to check on the progress, I received daily text message inquiries from this employee. Thank You!
