Everyone was amazing!  Stephanie even stopped by and brought coffee and donuts for us! Kevin was on call over the weekend and was there on time to check on things through the weekend!  Can't ask for better customer service!

I realize that my situation was unique as I happen to know an employee personally, but literally within an hour of the phone call, someone was there walking me through the process and checking the damage.  Even on days when she couldn't physically be there to check on the progress, I received daily text message inquiries from this employee.  Thank You!
