Chris Spensley
Chris has been with our company since it first opened and is one of the owners. He is a Master Certified Water and Fire Damage Restorer, an NREP Certified Industrial Hygiene Professional, and also an IICRC instructor in the topics of Water, Fire, Odor and Trauma Scene Restoration. He enjoys spending time with his wife Leah and their two boys- Caden and Cameron.
Chad Spensley
Chad Spensley is an owner who grew up around the restoration industry and has been with SERVPRO since 2007. He attended Central Michigan University for his Undergraduate Degree and Truman State University for his Masters Degree, accumulating an overall 3.8 GPA. Chad originally started his professional career as a Speech-Language Pathologist but joined our family business full time. He maintains his Speech Language- Pathology license and still finds time to work with children and adults with speech and language needs. Chad is a member of The Rotary Club of Livingston Sunrise. In his free time he is an avid golfer and enjoys working on his home.
Mike Hayes
Mike is a Operations Manager at SERVPRO of Brighton/Howell & Greater Highland/White Lake/Commerce North. He is certified in Water Damage Restoration. Outside of SERVPRO he is an avid golfer and a high school hockey coach! Fun fact about Mike, he owns a meal prep service!
Jacob Stacherski
Jacob is a Production Manager at SERVPRO of Brighton/Howell & Greater Highland/White Lake/Commerce North. He is certified in Water Damage Restoration. Jacob is an avid gamer outside of the work place. He also likes to spend time with his dogs Bailey and Luna and go off roading.
Ashton Dubroc
Ashton is a Production Manager at SERVPRO of Brighton/Howell & Greater Highland/White Lake/Commerce North He is certified in Water Damage Restoration. Outside of work, Ashton has a huge interest in cars and loves to fish.
Craig Kleiver
Craig is our Construction Division Director. He has 20 years experience in the construction industry, specializing in home construction. Craig prides himself on his customer service and satisfaction throughout all projects, and his passion to help customers rebuild their lives after devastating circumstances. A little known fact on Craig is that back in 1999, he was one of the back up dancer's in Madonna's global hit "Beautiful Stranger." When watching the music video, he's 2nd from the right during the main chorus. Way to go Craig!
Dave Betts
Dave is a Project Manager in our Construction Department. He has 25 years of experience in the construction industry. He prides himself on his customer service and satisfaction throughout all projects and his passion to help customers rebuild their lives after devastating circumstances. Dave is an avid knitter and has made some beautiful quilts throughout his adulthood. His attention to detail with fabric has transferred into his ability to help owners through the rebuild process.
Don Heidelberg
Don is a Project Manager in our Construction Department. He has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Outside of work, Don a proud U of M fan and enjoys hunting and fishing. In addition, he is a Veteran of the US Marine Corps.
Jennifer Keihl
Jennifer is a mitigation specialist and has been with SERVPRO since 2019. She is great at working with customers and their insurance company to get the job done. She has the Water Damage Restoration certification from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). Jennifer spends her time with her husband and two kids. Her hobbies include crafting and gardening. She is a master at crochet.
Breann Graca
Breann is a claims mitigation specialist. She came to SERVPRO with years of experience in the restoration industry and has been a great addition to our team! Interesting fact about Breann is that she has a degree in interior design. She loves to spend her time with her two great danes.
Jenifer Pelham
Jenifer is the Bookkeeper at SERVPRO of Brighton/Howell & Greater Highland/White Lake/Commerce North. She has been with the company since 2016 and has been a great addition since! Outside of the office Jenifer enjoys her motorcycle and camping.
Benny Garcia
Benny is a Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Brighton/Howell & Greater Highland/White Lake/Commerce North. Prior to working at SERVPRO, Benny played football for Olivet College. One interesting fact about him is he has never broke a bone.
James Hescott
James is a Production Technician at SERVPRO of Brighton/Howell & Great Highland/White Lake/Commerce North. He is certified in Water Damage Restoration. James enjoys camping, hiking trails and spending time with his kids.
Kennedy
Kennedy...aka "Kenny" has been one of the SERVPRO office mascots since we rescued him in 2013. His birthday was on Thanksgiving day of 2012. Kenny brings joy to the office and really helps everyone relax during heavy workload times. Its amazing what dogs can do to an office atmosphere. His favorite day of the week is Friday because all of our subcontractors come then to pick up their checks. Kenny loves his lunchtime walk, eating, children, destroying expensive dog toys and going on the lake.
Howie
Howie, aka "Howard", is another office mascot. He is the youngest of the SERVPRO staff. A Native of Northern Michigan, Howie enjoys fishing, boating and laying in the sun. A quick tid bit on Howie is that he is a distant relative of Lassie and never shys away from danger.
Aaron Tripp
Aaron Tripp is a Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Brighton/Howell & Greater Highland/White Lake/Commerce North. Aaron is water certified. Aaron likes to be outdoors including camping, fishing and hiking.

Nick Howard
Nick Howard is a Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Brighton/Howell & Greater Highland/White Lake/Commerce North. Nick is water certified. Nick enjoys table top games and disc golf in his free time. Nick has a degree in Culinary Arts.
Brandon Lang
Brandon Lang is a Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Brighton/Howell & Greater Highland/White Lake/Commerce North. Brandon is water certified. Brandon was a drone hobbyist that he turned into an actual business. Brandon loves making commercial & promotional videos for businesses and extreme sports.
Preston Benjamin
Preston Benjamin is a Production Technician at SERVPRO of Brighton/Howell & Greater Highland/White Lake/Commerce North. Preston is a dad to three sons. He enjoys woodworking and golfing with his dad in his free time.
Robert Rogers
Rob is a Project Manager in our Construction Department. Rob has 25 years of experience in the construction industry. He prides himself on quality and customer satisfaction. Rob has a bachelors degree in Business Administration from Cleary University and is also a master carpenter/fabricator. In his free time Rob likes to do fun projects, family and helping others.
Nick Mark
Nick Mark is a Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Brighton/Howell & Greater Highland/White Lake and Commerce North. Nick has a German Shepard named Precious. He was a marine core infantry man for five years.
Michael Landry
Michael Landry is a Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Brighton/Howell & Greater Highland/White Lake/Commerce North. Michael enjoys playing minecraft to relax. Michael served five years as a Marine rifleman in the infantry and security forces at a nuclear naval submarine base.

Excellent experience! My family woke up Christmas morning, to a basement flooded with water. My husband and I were SO hesitant to call since it was a holiday, but we truly didn't know what to do. We called SERVPRO to have the owner answer the call. Chris and Rob came out to my home and started the dry out process. We were shocked and so thankful. Great family, great service and I truly cant thank them enough!
My home had a small kitchen fire. My wife was boiling hot dogs for the kids, and we suddenly had an emergency and had to run out the door- forgetting about the hot dogs and boiling water. Luckily we came home to a home, but there was major smoke damage. We called SERVPRO Brighton/Howell and they were out first thing the next morning working on our home. I can say, I didn't think we would ever get the smell of smoke out, but SERVPRO was able to. Thank you for your time, and patience. My name is Hanna, I recently had a large home fire on August 1, 2017. Two of your employees Wanda and Kelly were sent to my home to help go through my items and distinguish what items could be salvaged from what items cannot be salvaged.
During such a stressful time in my life I would like to acknowledge these women for their kindness their professionalism and they're caring nature. They treated my home as if it were their own, they went above and beyond to take into consideration things that may be valuable to me and put them to the side even though that was not part of their job.
Items like pictures, children's work, books and even loose changed where placed in a box for me to go through and see if I would like to take any of those items.
They are absolutely the most amazing two people I have come across during this experience and I honestly cannot say enough about how wonderful your employees are. In a world where things are very negative and people are sometimes not so nice I applaud you on being able to choose and hire these wonderful women and I hope that you keep them around and give them the acknowledgement that they deserve because they are The perfect representation of what you would like for your company to stand for.
I had the SERVPRO crews come out to my home to investigate a mold problem I had. I never give all 10 ratings but these guys took excellent care of me and my home.
My wife and I just bought our home in July 2018, we experienced our first water loss ever in January 2019. Our washing machine malfunctioned causing a flood in our laundry room, which then went into the kitchen, the half bath, and down into the basement. All flooring had to go, bathroom gutted, laundry room gutted, and basement down to cement. It was a horrible experience but we cant say enough good things about SERVPRO, and their staff. Carolyn and Chad handled everything in the office, and were always available for questions and there was a clear line of communication. Paul handled our demo work, he was clean, and was kind to my wife as she was emotional about everything. Alex worked as our project manager and went above and beyond during construction. 2 months after everything is complete and we could not be happier. We would HIGHLY suggest using SERVPRO of Brighton/Howell if you ever find yourself with a water loss.
I am writing to let you know how deeply grateful I am for the excellence of service provided by your lead technician, Josh Draper. He (assisted ably and well by Brandon and the rest of the crew) has been absolutely superb in providing caring and competent and sustained attention to my basement issues. Hopefully, my basement will never flood again. If it does, I would never use anyone but you to solve the problem. I suggest you do whatever it takes to keep Josh on your team.
Just wanted to let you know, I received a raving review for Bill and Mike for a claim we have. The customer spoke to them as if they were his friends. Your guys were able to offer the insured trust and comfort while maintaining their professionalism. The insured was quite upset at the beginning of the claim due to the circumstances and it being a holiday weekend. I did not help the situation by pretty much forcing him to let SERVPRO in the home that Friday. I believe the turnaround in his attitude is due solely to Bill and Mike. While it was my first time meeting Mike, I have been impressed by Bill quite a few times. I am always happy when he is on my claims.
We were totally satisfied. Always kept us informed on arrival time and worked around our schedule. Paul & Tim were amazing. I have never had anyone work for me that worked harder than Tim - he worked non stop. Paul was a great leader. They all went over and above to please us.

24-Hour Emergency Services We will contact the customer within 1 hour of notice of loss. We will arrive on site to start mitigation services within 4 hours. Within 8 business hours a preliminary report of the loss will be back to the appropriate person.
