Eric Gauthier
Eric joined SERVPRO®; Team Miller in 2019, and has taken on the role of DRT Operations Manager. Eric holds certifications including IICRC Water Restoration, IIRC Fire Restoration, GLSTC Safety, OSHA 30 and Asbestos Contractor Supervisor. His current focus is coordinating and managing our Disaster Recovery Team’s nationwide large-scale cleaning, fire and flood projects. This work includes hurricane response and large-scale COVID-19 cleaning projects.
Levi Kauffman
Levi joined SERVPRO®; Team Miller in 2022, and has taken on the role of Project Manager with our Disaster Recovery Team. Before joining the restoration industry, Levi worked in federal law enforcement. Levi attended Patrick Henry College and holds certifications including IICRC Water, Fire and Smoke. His current focus is coordinating between our sales team and large customers to ensure our Disaster Recovery Team’s nationwide large-scale cleaning, fire and flood projects and completed on schedule, to plan and meet quality standards. This work includes hurricane response and large-scale COVID-19 cleaning projects. In Levi’s free time, he enjoys coaching youth basketball.
Josh Elzinga
Josh joined SERVPRO®; Team Miller in 2024, and has taken on the role of Project Manager. Before joining Team Miller, Josh spent 3 years working as a project manager in the restoration industry, and earned a Millwright Tradesman Card. His current focus is supervising and coordinating various team members and contractors to ensure our Disaster Recovery Team’s nationwide large-scale cleaning, fire and flood projects and completed on schedule, to plan and meet quality standards. This work includes hurricane response and large-scale COVID-19 cleaning projects. In his free time, he enjoys deer hunting, walleye and salmon fishing, and horseback riding.
Justin Burtch
Justin joined SERVPRO®; Team Miller in 2016, and has taken on the role of Large Loss Abatement Project Manager and Technical Specialist with our Disaster Recovery Team. During his tenure with Team Miller, Justin also has worked as facility manager and purchasing. He attended INSTE Global Bible College, and holds certifications in Lead Renovator Initial, Applied Microbial Remedial Technician, IICRC Water Damage and Microbial Remediation, Asbestos Contractor Supervisor, and OSHA 30. His current focus is coordinating between our sales team and large customers to ensure our Disaster Recovery Team’s nationwide large-scale cleaning, fire and flood projects and completed on schedule, to plan and meet quality standards. This work includes hurricane response and large-scale COVID-19 cleaning projects.
Judd Woods
Judd joined SERVPRO®; Team Miller in 2016, and has taken on the role of Large Loss Project Manager with our Disaster Recovery Team. During his tenure at Team Miller, Judd also worked as Safety Director and Transport Coordinator. Judd holds multiple certifications including OSHA 30 Construction Safety, Contractor Supervisor, TWIC and a Class A CDL. His current focus is supervising and coordinating various team members and contractors to ensure our Disaster Recovery Team’s nationwide large-scale cleaning, fire and flood projects and completed on schedule, to plan and meet quality standards. This work includes hurricane response and large-scale COVID-19 cleaning projects.
Nate Boucher
Nate joined SERVPRO®; Team Miller in 2017, and has taken on the role of Project Estimator/Auditor with our Disaster Recovery Team and across all franchise locations. During his tenure at Team Miller, Nate also worked as Xactimate Specialist and IT. Before coming to Team Miller, Nate spent 3 years as a residential reconstruction project manager. He attended Western Michigan University. His current focus is to estimate and invoice large commercial losses along with collecting final payments. His work involves travel, sketching and reporting estimates of anything related to time and materials to fellow team members. In Nate’s free time, he enjoys athletics, coaches high school football and travel baseball, plus hunting and fishing.

The restaurant where I manage in Troy, MI had not had a thorough, professional cleaning in quite some time. We called SERVPRO of North Oakland County because we heard that they did these types of cleanings. We were impressed with the work they did. I am the maintenance/facilities manager at a Senior Assisted Living Center in Troy, MI. Just recently, we had a skylight leaking all day and the water came down and flooded a 2nd floor common area. SERVPRO of North Oakland County was very helpful. They were quick to come out and take care of the issue as well as being courteous to the residents, as this is there home. Thank you!
The response time was outstanding and the service was top notch. There was 2 inches of water across the floor in an 800 sqf office area. Once on site they wasted no time extracting the water and getting the drying process started. Damage was kept to a minimum.
Thank you to Zach and his Team at SERVPRO of North Oakland County. The Birmingham, MI flood drains backed up and we had 1 inch of water throughout 60% of our basement. Within an hour SERVPRO had a team of 4 to our home and all the right equipment to keep damage to a minimum. Bless you all.
Back in August we had a huge amount of water get in our basement after a huge rainfall. I'm an avid vinyl collector and the basement is where most of my collection is. I lost quite a few, unfortunately and probably would have lost more if it had not been for the people of SERVPRO of North Oakland County. They did a fantastic job with the relocation and storage of all our valuables and things in the basement that potentially could have been ruined for good. They did such an amazing job.
Back in May we noticed mold in one spot of our basement. We were about ready to have our home inspected because we were going to list it. We called SERVPRO of North Oakland County to have them take a look and we're glad we did. Not only was there mold in the one area, but it had spread to other areas behind drywall that we couldn't see. Had they not found the other mold we would have been in trouble. They saved us a lot of time and money. Definitely recommend them!
In July of 2017 I had an issue at my home and SERVPRO of North Oakland County helped out. I have an old home and the AC unit is above my ceiling in my bedroom. Well, it was leaking for an extended period of time and ultimately the water affected the ceiling dry wall and it got so heavy that it fell through to my bed! Thankfully, I was not injured when the ceiling fell through. SERVPRO of North Oakland County came through for me. They cleaned up the mess and also rebuilt my ceiling.
