Winter brings the annual Plymouth Ice Spectacular, which is held in late January and is the oldest and largest ice carving festival in North America. If you prefer to skate, Plymouth has an NHL sized ice arena.

In Spring and Summer you can enjoy the Green Street Fair, Bumper Bikes and Bands, the Old Village Restaurant Crawl and Art in the Park. If that isn't enough, you can visit the Penn Theatre or one of their several parks, including Kellogg Park in the heart of downtown. The city also offers more than 50 recreation programs for all ages. 

No matter the season, you will always find something fun to do. This explains why in 2009 Money Magazine named Plymouth the 28th best place to live in the United States.
