I can not say enough how so professional, kind, and courteous the office staff and the cleaning crew were. You all know exactly what to do and you do it in a very timely fashion. Everything that you cleaned in my home was spotless when you finished. The hardwood floors came out looking like the day they were put in 17 years ago. The windows are so clean you have to be careful you don't walk into the glass doors! (YES THAT CLEAN) I will not hesitate to recommend this particular franchise to anyone. Once again thank you very much for a job well done.
We had an issue where we needed to clean our work area quickly and spotless within a hour of calling a team was here and completely cleaned our call center/ locker room/ kitchen area / bathrooms and warehouse office and all entry ways all did a wonderful job and all were polite and respectful as to working around us as we still had to maintain our daily tasks I would recommend them highly!!
We have the nastiest stains upstairs as a result of a dog‘s Gastro intestinal difficulties ( ewww - I know) And SERVPRO Biddeford Saco was able to do an outstanding job removing them. I can’t thank TJ and his team enough for not just doing an outstanding and thorough job on the carpets, but for the exceptional customer service that came along with it. Truly professional and truly and a very good experience!
