Jim Francoeur - Reconstruction Manager
Jim Francoeur joined our team in October 2015. Jim manages our construction services division for our Portland office. Jim brings 30+ years of experience specializing in insurance claims in Maine. After mitigation work has been completed, Jim will begin the reconstruction process in your home or business to get your property back to its preloss condition.
Mary Cobb- Office Manager
Mary joined our team in the Fall of 2018. She has been a great asset to our team managing the office and taking care of our HR needs. We love that her candy bowl is always full in the office. When not working at SERVPRO of Portland, Mary enjoys outdoor activities with her family, hiking, biking, kayaking, snowshoeing and traveling anywhere with her "sisters".
Rick Talbot- Marketing Representative
Rick joined our Marketing Team in November 2019 and will be working closely with our commercial customers and helping them develop an Emergency Ready Profile for their business. He firmly believes in building and maintaining relationships which has made him successful in his past careers always keeping him top of mind. Rick lives in Standish with his wife Sue, dogs Lucy and Bella and cat Harley (kittles).
Kyle Lemay- Assistant Production Manager
Kyle rejoins our team as a hard working & dedicated employee. Kyle's previous experience with our team made it an easy transition for him to jump back into the busy schedule, helping those affected by water and fire damage. Kyle has been instrumental in working with businesses disinfecting against COVID-19. Kyle has his water (WRT) and Fire (SRT) IICRC Certification.
Crystal Pettey- Assistant Project Manager
Crystal has been recently promoted to Assistant Project Manager. Crystal enjoys working with customers monitoring jobs and ensuring our jobs are completed to satisfaction. She has several years cleaning experience both residential and commercial. She's a great asset to our team and always willing to put in the overtime to make a job 110%.
Christie Holland - Production Technician
Christie joined the SERVPRO team in 2017 as an integral part of our cleaning crew. She is our contents specialist, and has great experience using our state of the art Mortantz ultra-sonic contents cleaning machines.
Bill Langlais- Equipment Maintenance & Inventory Specialist
Bill joined our team summer of 2017 and has been a huge asset. Bill is responsible for fixing equipment, making sure the warehouse is stocked with product and equipment to ensure our crews have the items to do their jobs.

A year ago, my family hired a well-known plumber to install baseboard heat to complete a second-floor remodel. Because he incorrectly connected the hot water pipes, much of of the new construction flooded through the floor and saturated the ceiling of the living room below overnight.
We were days away from hosting our son's birthday, I was nine months' pregnant, and this scene truly resembled something from 'The Money Pit'.
SERVPRO was our silver lining. We called in a panic; they responded immediately. We expected them to remediate the damage, and they did. But the two gentlemen went above and beyond in professionalism by explaining to us the entire process step by step.
They joked with us and assured our son he'd get his birthday party.
They removed wet debris and dried what remained, and my husband and I were fortunate that our own contractor was able to replace the damaged sheet rock and repair the carpet.
In a world of construction mishaps and 'Money Pit'-style setbacks, what a relief to have the fast response and expedient work of SERVPRO.
Great team in every way. They were conscientious and motivated to do a thorough job. You are very lucky to have such great employees!

Thank you for your patience with receiving payment while the insurance company finally agreed that the 3 bills for the sewer clean up was a reasonable bill!! You came promptly to clean up a bad situation for an elderly couple when the wife just had major surgery in Boston and come home to this sewer mess! Thank you again for your patience and understanding!
