Ingrid was able to get the situation under control, the issue fixed, and repairs underway. Meanwhile they were able to get the insurance straightened out and take a load of stress off of my friend.
Terrence was exceedingly helpful, professional and punctual after we called in a panic during weekend basement flooding. He explained the situation was not as dire as the plumber had warned, the restoration needed much smaller in scale and cost. He went above and beyond to save us from doing work we didn't need. I'd recommend this shop to anyone.
