I sent a neighbor to use SERVPRO in Kensington and they were very happy. It was a disaster. Mentally and physically the person was drained after basement issues. Ingrid was able to get the situation under control, the issue fixed, and repairs underway. Meanwhile they were able to get the insurance straightened out and take a load of stress off of my friend.

Terrence was exceedingly helpful, professional and punctual after we called in a panic during weekend basement flooding. He explained the situation was not as dire as the plumber had warned, the restoration needed much smaller in scale and cost. He went above and beyond to save us from doing work we didn't need. I'd recommend this shop to anyone.

Fantastic job of removing all the water from my home, removing all the damaged carpet, wood floors. Baseboards etc to ensure my home was dried out in an expeditious manner that prevented much greater damage.

We had a great experience with Max of SERVPRO of Wheaton/Kensington. When our basement flooded with raw sewage due to a combined sewer overflow (from excessive rain) in NW DC, I called several companies and got no response. Max was at our neighbors house and came to look at our place too. The next day it was all cleaned up and looked great. I had a punch list of things that still needed attention and he took care of them. He responded to text messages and phone calls which was very important to me. His team did a great job and I would highly recommend Max and his team.

After discovering mold in our cold cellar. The team were very responsive and slotted us in quickly to have mold remediation done. They also gave us positive and helpful suggestions on how to prevent the issue from coming back thanks guys for a great job!!!
