I, Debbie Woody, of CD's Cafe, would like to write a letter of reference about the service I received from SERVPRO of St. Mary's and Calvert County. I received a phone call from my employees that a fire sprinkler head was discharging water in the kitchen of CD's Cafe. After shutting off the water we called SERVPRO around midnight for HELP. SERVPRO was there within an hour helping clean up about two inches of water. They brought fans, shop vacuums and dehumidifiers. They stayed the entire night moping, vacuuming and rearranging fans. The water damage could have been a whole lot worse. Unbelievable dedication. We were all impressed. Thank you SERVPRO of St. Mary's and Calvert County.
After a few years of normal wear and tear, SERVPRO came in and did a phenomenal job steam cleaning our carpets. They were rejuvenated to look like new! The crew was efficient and friendly, and the cleaning cost very affordable. Highly recommend.
As we prepared to list our house in August 2015, we were in a time crunch to have our carpets cleaned. Chad responded quickly and personally came out to give us a quote, and they fit us into their schedule quickly. Our previous 2 carpet cleanings in 8 years were no where near the response time, and quality cleaning of SERVPRO. Thanks SERVPRO - I highly recommend you, and we will use you again!

I own a Residential Rental Property Management Company in Southern Maryland and use SERVPRO regularly. We recently had a cold snap where we had pipes freeze and burst in several units due to builder defects. Each time we needed help, sometimes at very odd hours in the night we called in and they were able to have a crew out to begin mitigation quickly. This reassured the tenants and helped keep our property owners in the loop as to what was going on lowering stress at all levels. The quick responses stopped other issues such as mold and further damage. They even have good people that can help with rebuild services when our contractors are busy. They then work directly with the insurance companies to collect payment saving me a lot of time and hassle. The staff at SERVPRO is our go to!

While on the job building his clientele, he met his wife, Sherry Whittles, where they later got married in 1994.
