On Halloween morning, back in 2022, our son's condo was on fire. Homeowners lost everything but luckily we did not. His building had to be condemned and rebuilt so we had to move him with a very short (2 day notice). This was very hard because he's high functioning autistic and his home means everything to him.

The SERVPRO team ( Amanda and Luis) have done an amazing job of keeping us in the loop and working with us. It's been a long 21 months but they've done a great job and we feel fortunate to have had the both of them on this project!!!

SERVPRO did a wonderful job on my home they cleaned better than I think my house has ever been clean and got rid of a lot of smoke damage when I had an unexpected fire in my home. They were courteous they were kind they were trustworthy. I left them here a couple times by themselves I had no worry about it... I owe them a big thank you. I could not have been happier with everything they did in my home. These people were great.

We had a fire which left a huge mess: smoke odor, debris, ruined dry wall, and ruined carpet. The SERVPRO remediation team came in and did an incredible job of cleaning it all up. I recommend them enthusiastically. It cannot be easy to walk into someone's house where you don't know what you'll find and where there are no doubt frightened, confused homeowners. Tim Dutton carefully explained what the team would do and how long it would take and made sure I understood. Marlene, the on site team leader, kept me informed step by step of what they were doing. Everyone worked incredibly hard. When my wife visited the house this morning she was thrilled at how clean it was and how good it smelled. No smoke odor. What impressed me was how careful and thorough the team was. We have an extensive library, and the team wiped down each book and put each one right back where they found it. That's patient attention to detail. SERVPRO are great people who do a great job. You can't find better.

Unfortunately this is the second time I have had to deal with a neighborhood fire situation in my house. Both times I’ve had extensive smoke damage.

Ryan, Jorge and the crew were great. They showed up and handled everything. I wasn’t able to be home while they were there and they treated my home like it was their own. I have complete confidence in them.

I really hope I don’t have another smoke damage claim but if I do I’m requesting SERVPRO of Rockville.

They were perfect; don't see how they could improve. They were very sweet, wanted to please me, were careful, and very thorough.

I was extremely impressed with the quality of work that SERVPRO provides. We had an unexpected fire in our unit a few weeks ago and SERVPRO came the next day to begin the clean up. I was so impressed on how quickly they began and how detailed they are in the clean up! One of their workers, Argelis N., was extremely helpful and professional in his work and communication to me. He explained the clean up process in detail and would keep me updated daily on the progress of the condo.

The company does an outstanding job to help families that go through this and felt like I could rely on Argelis and his team in doing an excellent job cleaning and taking care of my home. I'm extremely appreciative of all their work and would highly recommend them to anyone needing help after a fire.

I had a great experience with SERVPRO. They performed the cleanup for smoke damage to my condo. They were always on time and the crew was very nice to deal with. Marlene was in charge of the cleaning and was a pleasure to deal and was very careful with all my personal belongings.
