SERVPRO was professional from start to finish for our job. Mike, our initial contact, was courteous and efficient. Tony, the foreman onsite throughout the job, was absolutely excellent. He was professional, courteous, prompt, kind, responsible, reliable, and went above and beyond to accommodate us and make life as easy as possible. He put up plastic walls and cleaned very thoroughly at the end of each day. His team of helpers did a fantastic job too.

Everything was perfect. Joe Hughes stopped by today and was great. Victor was also awesome and I have no concerns. I’ve had services with them before and as usual, I am very satisfied with the team.

I want to thank Jesse and Joe for all your support and help during this very difficult time.  I appreciate you working with me and especially working with the Insurance Company, as they made our lives very difficult in the beginning.  All your time and effort has paid off and is truly appreciated. I'd also like to call out each of the teams that worked on the restoration of my home. Each and every one was always professional, worked hard each day they were on-site and were an absolute joy to work with. This includes the initial crew that came to clean up and dry out the house back on 6/13...they arrived quickly and jumped right in. 

I'm not sure I would have made it through as well as I have if it wasn't for all the SERVPRO team members that worked on the house these past 5 months. Sincerely thankful for everything the team has done. 

Had SERVPRO of Cecil County to my house to clean up after my toilet leaked from the 2nd floor into my kitchen. The crew did a great job. Very quick response. Crew came out on a Saturday afternoon and took care of everything. Very thankful for Victor and his crew. Highly recommend!!
