Michael Hughes is the Owner of SERVPRO of Cecil County. Michael is the driving force behind our operations, and ensures each job is completed to our customer's satisfaction.

Joe Hughes has been with SERVPRO for over fifteen years and is our Construction Manager. He works hard to visit our customers quickly after the emergency service work has been completed to get their homes repaired as fast as possible. The work that Joe and the reconstruction department perform is incomparable, leaving customers elated at the finished service in their home.

Sandie is the Director of Administration and has been with the team for over 17 years, spending time in every department. In 2009, she worked in the Storm Team division, traveling all over the east coast as a Coordinator. She became Office Manager in 2012 and is now the first point of contact for office operations. Sandie is very proud of her strong Office team and is happy to be a resource for all departments within SERVPRO. She enjoys everyone she works with and looks forward to growth and many more years with everyone. Her team says she is the glue that keeps everyone together!

Victor is the Director of Operations for SERVPRO of Cecil County. Victor had 19 years of retail management before coming to SERVPRO and has now been with the company for five years. Victor is certified by the IICRC in ASD, WRT, AMRT, and FSRT. Victor enjoys working with and/or helping others in their time of need.

Cliff Masscotte is the Director of Business Development for SERVPRO of Cecil County. Cliff started with the company in February of 2016 as a Marketing Representative bringing more than 14 years of retail experience with him. Cliff now manages all marketing aspects for the company including: social media, website content, promotions, community engagement, customer satisfaction, and overall marketing for the franchises.

Michael Bailey is a Business Development Specialist for SERVPRO of Cecil County. He started with SERVPRO in May of 2017, bringing over twenty years of Sales and Management experience with him.

Michael is IICRC-certified in Water Removal (WRT) and Applied Structural Drying (ASD). He is also OSHA Certified in General Safety and Health procedures.

Michael began his career with SERVPRO as a Production Manager before switching to a Sales position. He covers the entire Cecil County Sales territory.

George Phelps has been a Production Manager with SERVPRO for over five years. He brings ten years of experience to SERVPRO in facility management and maintenance in the apartment industry. He has also worked in the construction and iron working field for ten years and has spent five years in the United States Marine Corps as a mortarman in the infantry. He is certified by IICRC for WRT, ASD, and AMRT.
