Bernie, Paul, and another gentleman came out to our Taneytown home after our basement flooded after rain. They had a 24/7 hotline. From the very beginning everyone that I was in contact with was friendly and respectful especially during the stressful time. They came out to our home the first day and told us exactly what was going to need to happen. They were so nice, friendly, and it was great to see a smile while going through a stressful time! They came out for three consecutive days to assess improvement. On the third day, Bernie noticed me struggling to get grout off of our concrete driveway due to it being wet. He said, "Let me help!" and whipped out this handy tool and in the matter of minutes the grout was gone and our driveway was back to normal. It was something that he did not have to do, but it truly meant the world that he took the time to help.
