What Is the Mold Remediation Process?

Our specialized filtration equipment allows our professionals to capture microscopic mold spores out of the air. We utilize powerful “air scrubbers” and HEPA vacuums to prevent the spread of these mold spores while the mold remediation is in process.

My mom lives in Piney Point, at the ends of the earth, she had a terrible water leak at her house- it was literally raining downstairs via the ceiling!! (onto her newly installed hardwood floors). Your team came out so quickly and like your commercial says "Like it never even happened." true statement!!! You got her all fixed up and thankfully the floors were saved. Yesterday, I called SERVPRO because there was black mold found in my bathroom, they came out within the hour yesterday to start the work and came out today to finish, it was neatly and quickly done. Five star service from beginning to end!

SERVPRO blasted my crawlspace when I bought the house, and it made an immediate difference with smell in the house. If you have a moldy crawlspace this is a must, really a no brainer! The wood still looks new almost 10 years later.
I found SERVPRO of SoMD to be very professional and the service they provided (soda blasting our crawlspace) to be one of the best decisions I've made for our projects at the house. They also remediated the mold as well. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
