My tech was Robert Eveleth (Bobby) and Josh was the estimator and my first contact person. Josh and Bobby handled two different situations for me in the last year that involved sewage of some type. They are both outstanding in their jobs.

Josh is excellent in determining what needs to be done for both cleanup and demo. He was receptive to my concerns and made this part of the job go smoothly. He is an excellent communicator with both myself and the insurance company. He is kind and a wonderful liaison for SERVPRO.

Bobby was the head tech on both jobs. He is not just good, he is outstanding at what he does. Both jobs involved either sewage or dirty water. He is thorough and one of the hardest workers I have ever met. He takes great pride in his work. Because he was so thorough and careful, I knew I did not need to worry. He is so smart about what needs to be done and is immaculate and meticulous in every aspect of his job. He is an amazing asset to SERVPRO.
