Patrick Lavigne
Pat is the owner of SERVPRO of Haverhill/Newburyport, Danvers/Ipswich and Stoneham/Wakefield. He has been with the franchise for 12 years. He likes to be able to help people through a difficult time and helping team members grow personally and professionally. On his free time he likes to spend time with family, friends and anything sports related. His favorite quote is, "Everybody has a plan until they get punched in the mouth" - Mike Tyson
Michelle Lavigne
Michelle has been a part of our SERVPRO family nearly her entire life (her parents founded the Haverhill/Newburyport franchise) though she has only officially been on the team for the past 16 years. She now owns SERVPRO of Haverhill/Newburyport, Danvers/Ipswich and Stoneham/Wakefield along with her husband Pat.
Nury Cardoza
Nury is the Key Accounts Manager for the Haverhill/Newburyport territory and has been with SERVPRO for over 28 years! Prior to joining the Sales and Marketing Department, she worked as a Production Technician, Production Manager, and almost every other position in the Production Department.
Robert Downing
Robert is a member of our Construction Department and has been with the franchise for one year.
Nick Encarnacion
Nick is a Crew Chief and has been with SERVPRO for 15 years.
Robert Eveleth
Robert is a Production Technician and has been with SERVPRO for two years.
Dave Hart
Dave is the founder of SERVPRO of Haverhill/Newburyport and also works as the Warehouse Manager. He has been in the SERVPRO franchise for 36 years!
Maureen Hart
Maureen is the founder of SERVPRO of Haverhill/Newburyport and also works for the accounting department. She has been in the SERVPRO franchise for 36 years! She loves the people and the flexible hours she gets to work. On her free time she likes to play scrabble, do puzzles and take walks on the beach.
Dylan Lockard
Dylan is a painter and member of our Construction Department. He has been part of our SERVPRO family for one year.
Stephanie Maglio
Stephanie is our Marketing Coordinator and has been a part of our SERVPRO family for three years. Prior to being hired, she worked with us as an intern as part of her degree.
Lori Sulesky
Lori is our Construction Administrator and has been a part of the SERVPRO family for one year.
Donna Sutherby
Donna is one of our Job File Coordinators and has been with the franchise for over 26 years! Her favorite part about working at SERVPRO is being able to help others and the "family" atmosphere. In her free time she likes to read and spend time with her children and grandchildren. She is certified in water and notary public.
Michael Tannian
Michael is our accounting specialist and has been a part of our team for nearly one year.
Chris Tompkins
Chris is one of our Job File Coordinators and has been with the franchise for 19 years. He enjoys working at SERVPRO because he can help people through a difficulty situation. In his free time he likes to spend time with his wife and 3 kids and go fishing. He is certified in Water, Fire and Smoke, Carpet Cleaning, and a Commercial drying specialist.
Noel Torrissi
Noel is the Construction Manager at SERVPRO. Though he has only been an official member of our team for 2 years, he previously worked with us as a subcontractor. Joining the SERVPRO family allows him to mentor a new generation of builders while managing "the best part of the job"- interacting with the customer and seeing the delight on their faces when they see the final product.

Yeimi is a production technician who has been with our franchise for one year.

I would recommend them if anyone needs restoration work, they were professional and courteous. Marc is very knowledgeable. SERVPRO of Stoneham/Wakefield did an amazing job about a month ago. Our building was flooded a few floors and the team kept me updated on a day to day basis.
