SERVPRO is the best! I cannot thank you enough for your prompt and courteous service rendered to us this past week and especially to Mike, Tabitha and Nick. We had 3 inches of water in our finished basement, called insurance company to report and SERVPRO was at our house within a half hour and went to work.
We were told they would take care of everything and not to worry and, that, they did. I rate this company as "excellent" because they are prompt, courteous, polite employees that do their job with the utmost respect for customer service.
Again, I cannot thank you all enough; You made our emergency situation so much less of a stress and with such great employees that truly care to repair.

We greatly value our ties to American history and the life that we have in this country. Plymouth was the first site the pilgrims reached after crossing the Atlantic, where they later set up their first thriving colony. The same spirit of community camaraderie that birthed the idea of Thanksgiving from this colony is intricately entwined with every action we take in a customer’s property or their lives. We know that loss incidents are traumatic and stressful, so we work to not only repair the damage and restore the effects in the house but to help our customers through the experience as well.
We are a team that cares deeply about the communities that we share with our customers. Customer service is our top priority, and that means helping people even when they cannot acquire the services through the traditional channels. One of our customers had a devastating mobile home fire that claimed nearly all of her belongings and four cats, and without insurance on the property, she could not afford to recover the damage on her own. With the combined efforts of our SERVPRO team, and other area businesses and residents, work is happening to put her life back on track. During the outbreak of Covid-19, we decided to donate our professional disinfecting services to all first responders, so they may have a clean station to come back to after a call.
We know that our impact on the communities we serve from Plymouth County to the South Shore and Cranberry Country involves more than our accreditations through the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). We help through our involvement with local charities and organizations designed to help improve the lives of those less fortunate. We donate our time and resources to many events throughout the year to help raise awareness and support for those struggling in the Greater Plymouth area.
