Jen
General Manager
Jen is our General Manager. She has been with SERVPRO of Plymouth/Wareham for 4 years. Jen is responsible for managing and overseeing all departments, as well as our accounting duties relating to accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and banking.
She also manages and coordinates job files as well as scheduling and handling customer needs. Jen also works with Xactaware (a program we use to estimate all phases of building and repair) to accurately evaluate damages to your home, and what it will take to make it “Like it never even happened.”
When it doubt, ask Jen! She is truly the backbone of this company and we are so lucky to have her.
Jason
Project Manager
Jason is our Project Manager here at SERVPRO of Plymouth/Wareham and has been with us for 3 years. As a Project Manager, Jason must be able to multitask in a high volume fast-paced environment-- which he excels at.
Jason has over 20 years of management experience. It's his job to ensure that all jobs and projects are completed in a timely manner in accordance with IICRC standards and SERVPRO production protocols, policies, and procedures. He is excellent at communicating effectively with not only the Crew Chiefs and Production Technicians, but also with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and insurance companies in regards to water/fire losses.
Jason has the experience and expertise to assess, scope, sketch, and estimate any type of job efficiently and effectively. Jason has successfully managed 4 major Storm Events in different states, with the most recent being Hurricane Florence. We are very happy to have a Project Manager like Jason on our team!
Donald
Crew Chief
Donald is a Crew Chief here at SERVPRO of Plymouth/Wareham. He has been with us for over 3 years and has a Water Removal Technician Certificate from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC).
As Crew Chief, Donald manages and completes jobs often above and beyond the customer’s satisfaction. This trait is rarely overlooked by the home or property owner, as they always write fabulous things about him on their Customer Satisfaction forms. He is also responsible for responding to service calls 24/7/365, even on holidays.
Donald is also our in house MacGyver. He loves to upkeep and maintain our equipment, vehicles, and/or anything else tech related to ensure everything is in pristine condition and working order. He enjoys adding personal and professional touches for the sake of longevity, and takes pride in doing so. If it ain’t broke- it’s most likely because Donald got to it! We are so grateful to have him on our team.
Ryan
Crew Chief
Ryan is one of our Crew Chiefs as well here at SERVPRO of Plymouth/Wareham. Ryan has been with us for 2 years and is an extremely hard worker. He has attended several of the Storm Events we have participated in over the years.
As a Crew Chief, it is Ryan’s job to help manage and complete jobs to the customer’s satisfaction. He is also responsible for responding to service calls, whether it be during or after hours, 365 days a year.
Ryan works hard to make sure the customer’s needs are always met, and often goes above and beyond. We are very thankful to have Ryan on our SERVPRO team, he takes pride in his work-- and it shows!
Tony
Crew Chief
Tony is a Crew Chief here at SERVPRO of Plymouth/Wareham and has been with us for over 2 years. Tony has been in this industry for decades and brings many, many years of cleanup and restoration knowledge to the table.
It's Tony's job to manage crews and ensure jobs are completed to the customer’s satisfaction. Tony is not afraid to get his hands dirty and works alongside our Production Technicians, teaching them something new every day. He is also responsible for responding to service calls, 24/7/365. We are happy to have Tony on our team!
Geno
Production Technician
Geno is a Production Technician here at SERVPRO of Plymouth/Wareham. He has been with us for a little over 6 months and is a very hard worker.
Geno works hard to make sure the work he performs on all jobs is up to IICRC standards and SERVPRO production guidelines, as well as ensures the customers are completely satisfied. Geno does fabulous work, and alongside his coworkers helps to make everything from Fire/Water Damage to Mold in your home or business "Like it never even happened."
Michelle
Production Technician
Michelle is a Production Technician here at SERVPRO of Plymouth/Wareham. She has been with us for around 2 years and has also been to many of the storm events we have participated in.
Michelle works hard and is a fabulous cleaner; paying great attention to fine detail. As a production Technician, Michelle must ensure the work done is up to IICRC standards and SERVPRO production guidelines. Michelle works with the Crew Chiefs and her fellow Production Techs to complete jobs to the customer's satisfaction. We are so happy to have Michelle on our team!
Adam
Production Technician
Adam is a Production Technician here at SERVPRO of Plymouth/Wareham. He is our newest addition and has been with us for a few months, however, he used to work with us under the old owners for a almost two years so he is trained and has experience.
As a Production Technician, it's Adam's job to ensure the work he does on all jobs is up to IICRC standards and SERVPRO production guidelines. Adam works with his fellow Production Technicians and Crew Chiefs to complete jobs-- and is a great team player.

Thanks Jess Haskins! Due to the recent storm in North Carolina I received services from SERVPRO DH Storm Team. Due to the fact that the field team were so busy, they were unable to get me a receipt for payment. I tried all day talking to different personnel at corporate no luck. Then I decided call the franchise that served me and talked to Jess Haskins. She work hard and in a few minutes she emailed me with info I needed to show that I had paid my insurance deductible. The storm was very bad and I was stress to my limit but with people like Jess I can take another step forward.
The boys at SERVPRO of Plymouth/Wareham who helped service my home after a fire where just so great. I am a 75 y/o women, and they where so helpful in so many ways, I will not soon forget them. I also have a selfie I took with them that I will always have, and Jessica taught me how to share it with them on the internet.
I am a persistent dinosaur and I did not want to quit until [writing this review on the internet] is completed and checked from my list.

I can't speak highly enough of the ownership and crew of SERVPRO of Plymouth/Wareham. Our entire community was flooded, causing a sewage system malfunction that resulted in our basement toilet and sinks flowing in REVERSE. Needless to say, we had a nasty mess on our hands. SERVPRO came in with a great crew of clean-cut professionals and held our hand all the way through the cleanup process (we were pretty freaked out at first). After they were done, the basement was immaculate. I couldn't be more happy with the results. I would highly recommend SERVPRO of Plymouth/Wareham for anyone who finds themselves in need of professional remediation services.

We greatly value our ties to American history and the life that we have in this country. Plymouth was the first site the pilgrims reached after crossing the Atlantic, where they later set up their first thriving colony. We know that loss incidents are traumatic and stressful, so we work to not only repair the damage and restore the effects in the house but to help our customers through the experience as well.

One of our customers had a devastating mobile home fire that claimed nearly all of her belongings and four cats, and without insurance on the property, she could not afford to recover the damage on her own. With the combined efforts of our SERVPRO team, and other area businesses and residents, work is happening to put her life back on track. During the outbreak of Covid-19, we decided to donate our professional disinfecting services to all first responders, so they may have a clean station to come back to after a call.
We know that our impact on the communities we serve from Plymouth County to the South Shore and Cranberry Country involves more than our accreditations through the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). We help through our involvement with local charities and organizations designed to help improve the lives of those less fortunate. We donate our time and resources to many events throughout the year to help raise awareness and support for those struggling in the Greater Plymouth area.
