Doug Glassman
President/Owner
Doug is the President and Owner of SERVPRO of Dartmouth/New Bedford South. After growing up in the area, Doug left to pursue an opportunity at a Fortune 500 company in the Boston area. After 10 years on the South Shore, Doug came back down to the South Coast to follow his passion and fulfill a life-long dream of becoming a business owner.
Dave Coulombe
Operations Manager
Dave has worked in the Restoration Industry for over 20 years and that wealth of knowledge and experience is put to good use every single day here at SERVPRO. He is a tremendous asset and we are happy to have him as an integral part of our team.
Kate Webb
Bookkeeper
Kate started with us back in October 2018 after a 30-year career in Property Management. She has had a fascinating life - putting herself through college working as a bookkeeper and graduating with a double major in Psychology & Sociology, she spent several years working with incarcerated juveniles. Kate is also co-founder of a family support group for individuals with special needs, an organization in which she started after gaining custody of her niece in 1989 with whom she is developmentally delayed. With three children and six grandchildren, her time is mostly spent with family when she isn’t volunteering with Operation Clean Sweep, riding her bike in marathons with partner Eric, or taking her sailboat, Katie-Did, across Buzzards Bay. With so much professional and life experience, she’s been a great addition to our growing team here at SERVPRO, always brightening up our office with her kind and good-natured personality. We’re lucky to have her with us!
Darcey Prenda
Office Manager
Darcey is our Office Manager at SERVPRO of Dartmouth/New Bedford South. She had worked as a Production Supervisor at an asset retrieval company for eight years before joining our team, making her the perfect fit for her current role here. Darcey's favorite part about working at SERVPRO of Dartmouth/New Bedford South has been the knowledge she's learned about the restoration process. During her time with us, she’s become a certified Notary Public. On top of the ability to help those in need, Darcey loves the work environment at SERVPRO and is happy to be part of such an awesome team!

I called SERVPRO of Dartmouth/New Bedford out to my home for a mold removal estimate. They had been referred to me by my home owners insurance agent and I am grateful that I was connected with them! Dave, the production manager, showed up to do the free estimate. He was very personable & knowledgeable. Turns out that I didn't have mold in my attic as I had thought! Thankfully Dave was honest & explained to me that it was simply discoloration of the wood. Thank you SERVPRO of Dartmouth/New Bedford for your honesty. I will be sure to use this company in the future if needed & refer to anyone I know in need of your services.
We had a contractor come in and do some repairs to our office building. He recommended that we call you directly for a post construction cleaning. Everyone we dealt with from the office staff, the estimator and the crew was excellent. And the place came out pristine! Thank you.
Problem with a septic line in one of the retail spaces we rent. It was Thanksgiving weekend, the biggest of the year, so it was definitely an emergency. My long-time plumber took care of the problem (see his review), we then hired SERVPRO to take care of the post-fix clean-up. No complaint with coming out on the holiday, no crazy price. They got straight to work and did a fantastic job. Professional outfit. I had not used them in the past, but no doubt will again in the future
