SERVPRO, as always, arrived promptly, advised me on my options and next steps, handled the job and provided all necessary paper work needed to help with insurance. Their work is always professional and given the obstacles of COVID were ready to safely adhere to our policies.

I had a drain line leaking into the ceiling and down the wall of my downstairs bathroom. I was able to find the leak and stop it but was concerned with the amount of water damage that had already been done. I called SERVPRO and they jumped on the job immediately by coming over to assess the damage and test for mold. They placed several fans and dehumidifiers in the bathroom for a couple days to completely dry the room and walls. These guys were quick, knowledgeable and professional and I will definitely use them again!

Jordan and Rey were efficient and polite, explaining each step of the process thoroughly. They were on time each day and we very much appreciate the work they did.

I did not anticipate the kind of hazard that mold could be, but fortunately, it wasn’t around for very long once I got ahold of your company. Your team is the real deal. 

The team was extremely responsive, courteous, professional and efficient. They came within an hour of calling with a large team. I was in touch daily with the project manager and owners about the timeline for the restoration/remediation, and they were always available for questions. They did a fantastic job and I highly recommend. I appreciate the customer service and job execution.
