We were Ohio River flood victims and as senior citizens we needed help this time in cleaning up. I called SERVPRO due to a recommendation from a neighbor and friend. Michael was my crew leader and he was compassionate and dedicated. He got muddy just like his crew did. They were very busy due to the number of people affected by this disaster, but they were able to get the items out of our basement and garage so that we could put our lives back in order.
The SERVPRO team was awesome during a very stressful time after I had a pipe freeze and break causing flooding to my lower levels. The damage restoration team pulled out wet materials, came back with more fans and dehumidifiers and were always polite and professional. The follow up was extensive with teams showing up every day to check on the drying process. I can't say enough nice things about this company. It’s been a while but wanted to drop you a note about Jason Wilson and your SERVPRO franchise in East Louisville.
Louisville Boat Club had a serious flood in February/March in which Jason Wilson, and his crew, came in for the clean up. The club had about 4 plus feet of water and mud in the clubhouse, tennis barn and squash courts. It was a real mess.
They came in and did a great job over an 8 to 10 day period, and should we need to use them again, or should they need a reference, the Club would be more than happy to do so.
