I came into the office this morning only to find that our water heater was leaking. Water was soaked into our carpet. I called SERVPRO and they were at our office within the hour. January 2nd was my Wife and Mother’s Birthday.  I was out of state and received a call from my maintenance director stating that a broken sprinkler head had erupted one floor above my condo and flooded my unit (as well as 2 additional floors below me).
