Fairview is located in southern Kenton County, primarily along state Route 177. The city was incorporated in 1957 to avoid annexation by Covington. Fairview has a population under 200 people. It is a very small area right outside of Covington. It is 4 miles long. There is a lot of nearby city facilities such as post office locations in nearby towns. There are other landmarks in surrounding cities. The Cincinnati Zoo is a nearby landmark that is about a 30 minute distance. It is a nice little area that is located in the middle of the larger areas of Northern Kentucky. The city of Fairview has many houses and wonderful places to live, with easy travel to other nearby landmarks.
