I worked closely with Andy. He explained the process beginning to end and was very accommodating of our special circumstances as we were over 1200 miles from home dealing with our situation. I trust Andy and his crew as they were very thorough and sympathetic. He was also honest from the beginning and knowledgeable of all processes. We've now used SERVPRO both professionally and personally and wouldn't use any other company for these specialty services including fire and sewage damages.

I rent an apartment in South Topeka and suffered a sewage back-up loss. Management didn’t want to repair or clean the damages, so I reached out to SERVPRO. They fit me right into their schedule, and did as much cleaning and sanitizing as possible without any alterations to the unit. It smelled so much better and literally sparkled! SERVPRO was the best part of my experience - they were professional and empathic. Because of them, I feel safe in my home again. I recommend them to the highest extent!!! I worked with Jay throughout the entire process, Drew helped me understand protocol on how these situations should be handled, Andy did the scheduling, and Jackson was the technician.

SERVPRO got my basement dried out after the toilet there leaked. They were so nice. Always courteous and friendly and answered questions. They surely are Pros. :) I would recommend them to anyone.

When I spoke with Tony about a price he was very helpful. Then when Andy came to my house he was very professional and nice. Andy also did a really great job on my carpet!!

Our home developed mold after an issue with a leaking toilet. Tony with SERVPRO, and his team, checked our home, evaluated the damage and got rid of the mold. They made several possible recommendations for our consideration. Our home smells clean with no more mold cropping up! We will certainly call on them again if needed, and feel confident in their integrity and ability! Thanks Tony and Andy!!

We asked SERVPRO to clean the vents and air ducts in our home. The team that came out was very professional and courteous. We were super impressed! They cleaned up after themselves and were super friendly especially with our dogs! I will certainly recommend to friends and family members.
