Our Omaha basement flooded, and SERVPRO answered on the first call. With so much damage across Omaha, they brought in teams from Wichita to help, and Liz and Carson took over from there. They removed the water-damaged carpet padding and drywall, set up drying equipment, and monitored moisture levels. They explained each step, gave us straight answers and sound advice, and updated us daily. I highly recommend them and their team.
This review is for Carson Wedman, project manager for NE and SW Wichita. Omaha, NE had a major flooding event towards the end of September and our basement, like many others flooded. He came to evaluate and gave recommendations. We set up a time for he and his team to mitigate the issues. We had air movers, dehumidifier and they carried up 2 large 12 ft carpet remnants that were rolled and ends got wet. When areas were dry, they sprayed anti-microbial on floors and a couple of feet on our block walls. Carson was truly top notch and answered the phone on the weekend and after hours (he was busy!). He and his team were great, but he, as a PM was truly the best customer service agent this company could ever have!
We had a pipe leak in our basement which caused significant water damage. After having two other contractors out to look at neither wanted to coordinate with our insurance for coverage. Rodeana - Servpro of Northeast Wichita came. She/Servpro worked closely with our insurance and communicated the progress or the lack of progress very clearly. (Insurance claims/processes can be very complex sometimes.) It was such a relief to feel like we had a capable and experienced representative and her communication was above and beyond. She answered every call, text and question even the ones late in the evening/after business hours. She was very kind and helpful and a pleasure to get to know. She had lots of contacts for various repair services …….. a guy to look at damage to our piano. Who knows all this stuff!! Even brought us a box of donuts during this stressful time. Shout out to Rodeana and team. Apologies for not naming every individual here. The team did an excellent job. They responded quickly and they handled the job efficiently. We were trying to handle this ourselves and would’ve had a huge mess on our hands had we not contacted ServPro. I would highly recommend them anytime!
We have been beyond pleased with the incredible customer service, kindness, and understanding/explaining of the flooding of our basement. We have never experienced something like this before and Sarah kindly walked me through the process after hours! Michael was out within an hour of us calling to assess the situation! First thing this morning Sarah called to provide more guidance and information on the process and within 3 hours Carson and Cameron arrived to start the work! Hands down best experience we have ever had working with a company on a not fun situation! All throughout the day Carson and Cameron were able to answer any questions we had and Sarah and James and Michael also answered more questions from the office with such love, kindness, and patience! I had a fire in my garage that did a lot of damage. My house was full of smoke and black soot on everything. I didn't know where to start or what to do. My insurance agent referred me to Servpro of Northeast Wichita and the day I called Liz, their Project Manager came out right away and looked at the loss. I was worried about the garage door being removed by the fire department and people getting inside. Liz immediately dispatched their Production Manager Carson out to our home and he boarded up our garage the same day. Once insurance cleared our fire Liz, Carey, and Misty came out and they really went to work quickly. They took care of all of our burnt belongings and put together a photo inventory of everything. The next day their demo crew, Carson, Grant, and Bruce and they hauled all of our non-salvaged inventory to the dumpster and they gutted the entire inside of our garage including removing the insulation. Two days later the ladies showed up and they cleaned all of the soot out of the garage. The next 5 days the ladies cleaned every room of our house from ceiling to floor and they cleaned all of our belongings. I was amazed at the fast turn around and how they cleaned everything. The soot was gone, the smell of fire was gone and I was able to return home with my family. We are so very grateful for the team at Servpro of Northeast Wichita. This was a very stressful event in our lives and we would have been lost without their help. They were fast, efficient and really cared about our family. Thank you Liz for taking care of our family and thank you to your entire crew!

Rodeana at Servpro was excellent to work with. Very prompt, professional and knowledgeable and caring. My cement storage room and my finished carpeted basement were flooded. They got right on it which saved me tremendously. They even worked directly with my insurance co to get claim processed. The basement has no smell issues, no mold, new padding and they were able to save my plush carpet and baseboards. It looks like the damage never happened! I would recommend Rodeana and the Servpro team to everyone.
