We had a washing machine flood two floors that caused extensive damage including mold. We had to have hardwood floors, walls and ceilings replaced. Several crews were involved in the reconstruction. All the providers were respectful, knowledgeable, nice and did great work. We dealt with Tim mostly who oversaw the project and he was excellent to work with.

I would just like to say thank you and give a big shout out to Rodeana Garon SERVPRO’s coordinator. She did an outstanding job and helping us with the water in our basement. She coordinated everything in a timely matter and just cannot say enough about her professionalism and dedication to her job we are very happy with the outcome. Rodeana was incredible! She called me as soon as the rain started pouring down. She asked how my basement was doing and immediately offered to bring me whatever I needed pumps fans dehumidifiers and ?? help! Unfortunately once the electricity went out I was beat. She followed up every day until things were back to as normal as possible. I would highly recommend you get to know RO my Super hero??
WOW!!! Is the service we received from SERVPRO. We had the pleasure in dealing with Rodeana and Michael. Like many during these last storms of flooding basements. I had about foot water throughout our entire finished basement. (Thankful could have been worse). We lost power in our neighborhood and our sump pump not working and overworked. My husband was out of town planning his mother funeral. Things seemed overwhelming daunting with no hope in site. They provided that hope and light at the end of the tunnel. With all personally going on they gave me peace of mind. I know they too were overwhelmed, but they made me feel VIP and like I was the only issue they were having. Never felt like just a number. Because of their quick action the loss was much more minimal than it could have been! Thank you Rodeana and Michael for taking care of us. I will recommend you to anyone and everyone:)
From the initial response from Pat and Sean, through the cleanup by Carson and team and ongoing monitoring by Michael, the work by SERVPRO was amazing. Their service was unbelievably prompt, professional and efficient. They were thorough, but only did what was necessary to address our issue. Our Beginning
Like many Wichitans, Patrick Butler began his career in the aircraft industry, where he developed a strong engineering background. After leaving aviation, he started a handyman business, gaining extensive knowledge of homes and construction. In 2001, Patrick and his business partner, Craig McIlvaine, saw an opportunity in the restoration industry and opened their SERVPRO franchise.
Over the past 25 years, the company has grown from a small basement operation into a full-service restoration business with an office, warehouse, and workshop in Wichita. Today, SERVPRO of Northeast Wichita and SERVPRO of Southwest Wichita remain family-owned and operated, with Patrick working alongside his sons, Michael and Sean, all as owners, who continue the values that built the business from the start.
