We had a vacant building which apparently wasn't being checked on enough because we found it full of water and mold. I called SERVPRO and they were able to take control from there. Walked me through taking care of all the water and mold issues the building had and connected me with other contractors to work with as well. Really worked out well I really appreciate all the work!

I have been very pleased with the fire and water cleanup and restoration services provided to us by SERVPRO. 

We first called on SERVPRO approximately three years ago for water clean up due to a burst water line from freezing. The professionalism and attention to detail displayed by the SERVPRO owners and employees was exemplary and certainly welcomed at a time of stress for us. At that time I placed SERVPRO as a first contact in our Emergency Plan. Unfortunately , we had to call again on SERVPRO when last July we had a major water disaster due to a fire system sprinkler head malfunction. Upon arriving on the scene my first directive to a staff member was to contact SERVPRO and request their immediate assistance. Within an hour SERVPRO was on site with the equipment needed to begin the water cleanup. Because of the magnitude of the damage SERVPRO quickly called in additional equipment and personnel in order to minimize the extent of our damage. 

From the initial response, to the respect shown for our facility and guests during restoration, to coordinating with emergency personnel and other contractors and through to final invoicing. SERVPRO displayed a superior customer service attitude. SERVPRO is one of those companies you hope you never have to call, but are grateful for their service when you need them. SERVPRO remains on our Emergency Plan as a "first call" company. 

Broken pipe late at night--very quick response to clean up standing water throughout our 6K sq. foot area building. Team was very responsive and made sure all water was gone out of carpet and brought in a sea of fans and dehumidifiers to make sure all was dry. Rodeana was the BEST and provided excellent customer service and handled all of the insurance questions and process!! I highly recommend SERVPRO NE.
