It will never happen to me is a common thought when it comes to natural disasters. It always happens to other people, in other states, or in other towns. No one ever thinks it will happen to them. I've never been more wrong in life.

My home was hit by tornado in July 2018. Words can't describe the feeling in your gut, and your heart when you find out the news. Lucky for us, my family was ok. However, our new home wasn't as lucky and we had no idea where to start.

We called SERVPRO, and emergency help was dispatched immediately. They arrived and immediately took over, taking away a lot of anxiety and worries. I'm not a person who gives up control easily, especially in hectic situations, but I placed all my trust in SERVPRO.

They walked me through each step of way. From clean up, to repairs, to insurance questions, they had me covered. Derek and Erik sat down with us and explained the process from start to finish. They gave us their cell phone numbers, and were very quick to answer anytime we had concerns.

Customer service goes a long way, and going above and beyond is something you just don't see anymore. I'm so happy we chose SERVPRO to help us get through our difficult times. Their motto "Like it never even happened." is an understatement for the quality work we received. Not only does it look like it never happened, but they left it better than it was before. The attention to detail and customer service is something other company's can learn from. Although I hope to never need them again, it's comforting to know they are only a call away.

The SERVPRO teams were awesome during a very stressful time after I had a pipe freeze and break causing flooding to my lower levels. The damage restoration team pulled out wet materials, came back with more fans and dehumidifiers and were always polite and professional. The follow up was extensive with teams showing up every day to check on the drying process. I can't say enough nice things about this Company. Thanks to Dante, Ted, Dee, Alex and even David for all of your hard work and kindness.

SERVPRO came to the rescue when I had a waterline freeze and bust in my basement. It was less then 2 hours before they arrived at my house to start on the cleanup process and get my house looking like new again! After they were finished they cleaned up after themselves and went above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend them. Thank you Blake and the crew for doing all that you did!

Even though my basement flooded several times over the few days SERVPRO had the equipment in my basement, they still managed to dry all the walls and flooring in 3 days (once the plumbing issue was fixed). They were extremely kind and full of knowledge. They had answers to every question I asked and were prompt and courteous.
