SERVPRO came to the rescue when I had a waterline freeze and bust in my basement. It was less then 2 hours before they arrived at my house to start on the cleanup process and get my house looking like new again! It will never happen to me is a common thought when it comes to natural disasters. It always happens to other people, in other states, or in other towns. No one ever thinks it will happen to them. I've never been more wrong in life.

My home was hit by tornado in July 2018. Words can't describe the feeling in your gut, and your heart when you find out the news. Lucky for us, my family was ok. However, our new home wasn't as lucky and we had no idea where to start.

The SERVPRO teams were awesome during a very stressful time after I had a pipe freeze and break causing flooding to my lower levels. The damage restoration team pulled out wet materials, came back with more fans and dehumidifiers and were always polite and professional.
