A massive lakefront revitalization project included an Arts and Theater District and the re-opening of the long-shuttered historic Genesee Performing Arts Theatre. After viewing our camera video, we learned the pipe of a large supply line gave way around 7:00 am on Saturday. We did not discover it until 4:00 am Monday. As one can imagine, there was a lot of water. We were grateful SERVPRO came out the same day, arrived promptly, had all their own crews, and equipment readily available to extract the water and dry the large area where the water migrated.
Again, I cannot emphasize this enough, we were super pleased SERVPRO showed up so quick. Tom, and the rest of the crew, were knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.
