I was not sure what to expect but Mike was A+ professional, awesome, a great communicator. Everyone they brought to help, including Bill who pinch-hit for Mike over the weekend, was easy to talk to. They explain things in terms you can understand and do a thorough job without overcharging or suggesting unnecessary services. Would absolutely call them again, but I hope I don't have to!
