We are writing to commend your employees who worked at our house during our recent water clean up. Austin, Andrew and Will were the first on scene. They were friendly, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. They explained the clean up process in step-by-step terms and offered additional services if necessary. The three of them worked well together. Lisa and Antonio were next up and just as efficient. Again, very knowledgeable and polite! All of our questions were fully answered. We were comfortable with them in our home and trusted them even when we could not be present.

Joel and Austin from SERVPRO are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and have EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS on our water mitigation and build back. Austin took tons of photos to have proof of loss to prove to our insurance adjuster there were covered items the insurance adjuster missed on their brief 1/2 hour walk through, which were indeed covered by insurance. They have been a lifesaver negotiating directly with the insurance adjuster to get items covered for our restoration and build back. Our insurance company has them as a national vendor, so we didn't have the stress of out of pocket $, and they were paid directly. Knowledgeable, responsive, dedicated, reliable, flexible, attention to detail, and tons of contacts to be our one stop shop from Arizona for my deceased parents' home in Illinois.

My husband and I wanted to take the time to thank your crew from the bottom of our hearts.  Although we are still without a kitchen (and have been since mid-August) the one shining part of all of this has been your crew, Joel, Chris and Therman.  They came in and did their part and cleaned up the mold and the water and then cleaned up after themselves!  They were kind and sincere and we will definitely recommend SERVPRO to everyone we know! (And Therman even worked on his birthday!!)

I think that it is more important that folks hear the good things they do and not just the bad.
