Joel Robb is the Owner at SERVPRO of Decatur/Forsyth. He worked at the company for many years and recently had the opportunity to purchase the franchise. Joel is very involved with all parts of SERVPRO and manages projects, markets to clients, works with vendors, and trains employees. In his spare time Joel enjoys spending time with his family, hunting and camping.

Meet our Admin. Assistant, Bridgett Robb. She is the face behind our SERVPRO website, Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest pages. Bridgett also helps our office manager with estimates, audits and other office responsibilities. She is ready to help with any task that needs her attention. Bridgett enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors.

Meet our Crew Chief, Austin Kent. Austin always keeps the ship sailing smooth and can do just about anything at SERVPRO. He coordinates the workloads with our crews to ensure production schedules are met, and above all, our customers are satisfied having exceeded their expectations. Austin is highly IICRC certified in many areas of fire, water, and mold restoration and remediation. He trains technicians, interfaces with our administrative staff and sales & marketing reps to guarantee a smooth start to finish service. Austin is a valued member of our franchise team. He is always the person to ask for when you need help!

Meet our Crew Chief, Andrew Fitzgerald. He is also known as the SERVPRO Superhero! Andrew is always willing to come in and save the day, no matter the time or situation. He is IICRC certified has several years of experience in the fire and water restoration field. When Andrew is not providing excellent service to his customers he enjoys spending time outdoors, fishing and spending time with his dogs.

Meet our Office Manager, Vickie Wakefield. She has been in the fire and water cleanup/restoration industry for several years. Vickie oversees and directs all aspects of Administration within the organization. She is always happy to help with any business needs you may have.

Meet our Marketer, Jamie Dalluge. She is great at communicating with agents and keeping them in the loop. Jamie emphasizes community involvement and successfully puts our SERVPRO brand out there. Jamie is very knowledgeable in many areas at SERVPRO.
