Our marketing manger, Tricia Herrera has even won awards for her work volunteering and serving with several local chambers of commerce. She has won Outstanding Chamber Ambassador for the Genoa Area Chamber of Commerce and Outstanding Young Professional for the Rochelle Chamber of Commerce. The franchise won the 2016 Directors Award for it's chamber work for the Rochelle Chamber. We have participated in collecting school supplies for those less fortunate. Maybe you have seen our big green trucks participating in several area parades to help celebrate the local communities. I recently had a water line break in my office building. I knew right away that I was going to contact SERVPRO of DeKalb County. I have seen some of the great things they have done for our community and most behind the scenes! They have volunteered their time and participated in many community activities. OMG! SERVPRO of DeKalb County really helped my husband and I out recently with a broken pipe in our basement! We are new homeowners and were pretty stressed when we went in our basement and found 12 inches of water! We cant thank them enough.
SERVPRO came and cleaned our carpets. We had the new dark stains removed and didn't expect that all the old stains would be gone as well. Very pleased with the quality of work.

I recently had about 2 feet of water in my basement. I am in the process of selling my home and was unsure of the coverage I had for a sump pump. I contacted SERVPRO of DeKalb County late one Sunday night about coming to help but as you can imagine I had a lot of questions also. I wanted the job to be taken care of but was worried about the bill. Not only did they do a great job with the water, they kept me informed of the cost as we went along and answered all my questions! My house closed on schedule and I didn't get a huge bill that I didn't need. I would totally chose to work with them again.
I was so happy with the SERVPRO crew that recently took care of the water problem in my apartment building. They were fast and efficient. My tenants were back in their apartments in no time and my building is fresh and dry.
